Fish In Schools Hero programme

A fresh Cornish fish delivery from Wing of St Mawes arrived today. Thanks go to Food Teachers Centre, Fishmongers Company Charitable Trust, Fish In Schools Hero programme. Our Year 11's will enjoy using the fish in their Hospitality & Catering mock practical exams this week.

 

Simon Gray from Food Teachers Centre who arranged the delivery, after we contacted him said:  “It is a great pleasure to be able to support GCSE food students by supply fresh fish to them, especially for an assessment. It is important that students have quality ingredients to help them excel and experience preparing, cooking and tasting fish at its best”.
